First Virtual Session with Abel (90min)
As a preparation for your first meeting with me, you will receive 2-3 audio guided meditations from the “How to Live Series”, designed to accelerated growth. When we meet virtually, I will guide you to understand your current life path and facilitate change. I will show you how to align your intention and navigate the future by understanding who you are, purpose and unique capabilities.
You will receive a recording of your session.
Packages include 1:1 virtual sessions with Abel (75-90min each session) , ongoing communication via Whatsapp, and audio guided meditations to help you achieve your goals.

Everyone channels in their unique way and I am here to help you. Over the course of 3-months, you will learn how to connect and harness Source for healing, transformation, creativity and/or business. This package includes—1:1 virtual sessions, supervised channeling sessions and self paced learning modules.
A weekly cadence and ongoing whatsapp conversations will be created based on your schedule and needs.

Facts About Me
I have 27+ years working with people. What began as a journey of self-discovery and healing, led me as a therapist, advisor and supporter.
I began this journey as a therapist in both mind and body. In NYC, I was a cranial therapist worked in a physical rehabilitation clinic, specialised in trauma recovery. With countless sessions, I witnessed how subtle shifts in patients’ perception would set the stage for their healing recovery.
I have a background in Cognitive Neuroscience and conducted EEG studies. I investigated the effects of mindfulness and meditation? What I found, different meditation practices optimise different brain networks, for example Vedic Meditation using a mantra, harmonise brainwaves to facilitate a healthy presence; And different types of mindfulness meditation enhance certain brainwaves to refine specific types of perception and behaviour, such as being calm, relaxed and alert.
For over a decade—I traveled the globe advising people remotely, living in places like Bali, Thailand, Italy, Portugal, Germany, UK and Mexico. I have advised founders across industries in HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, NGO, Community Building and Start-ups from ideation to growth.
